How long before the start of the trip can I make an order?

You can order a transfer service at least one hour before the trip.

In the case of an urgent order, immediately after receiving the application, we start looking for a carrier. You will be notified if a car is found, and we can provide you with a service.

How can I check that my order has been accepted?

A confirmation must be sent to the mail, or phone number indicated when booking a transfer, in which you will find the order number and all the necessary travel data.

What if my flight is delayed?

We took care of such unforeseen situations. The driver provided to you will track changes in the flight schedule. One hour of free waiting is included in the price of the transfer service.

But we ask that as soon as you become aware that the flight is delayed, please notify the driver by phone, which we sent you in advance.

What if my flight arrived earlier?

If you arrive earlier than the specified time, you may not find a driver with a sign among those who meet you. In this case, we ask you to wait for the driver somewhere near the exit from the arrivals area.

Is it possible to pay by card?

We have provided the ability to pay by card in the car through the terminal for more convenience.

How is the transfer to the airport?

When ordering a transfer service, indicate the geolocation you need from where you plan to get to the airport. The cost will not depend on the address of the place where the driver picks you up. You need to specify the airport as your destination during the order.

Please note that you need to consider the time spent on the trip and add a few hours to it to check-in at the airport.

How to book a transfer from the airport?

Will there be a refund of prepayment when canceling the order?

If the order is canceled at least 6 hours before the trip, we will refund the money in full.
In other cases, no refund is provided. But you can always contact the manager and discuss the situation, for example, if the cancellation happened due to an unforeseen situation or other problem, you can reschedule the time and date, the start and end points of the route and other parameters of the trip.

Do I need to warn about traveling with children?

A child is considered the same full-fledged passenger as an adult. You must indicate this and state the age of the child so that we can select the required type of chair. You can also choose the type of car seat in the additional services yourself at the ordering time.

What is the minimum cost of ordering a transfer?

When choosing a car, pay attention to the minimum amount of time for renting this car. The cost of the order is formed depending on the car you have chosen.

What if you need a transfer to travel with animals?

Traveling with animals is not prohibited. To do this, you need to transport the animal in a special container and have the necessary documents. If the required package of documents is not available, we have the right to refuse to transport you an animal.
